The ABB NASCAR Electrification Innovation Partnership will explore high-performance electric racing and create strategic opportunities for electrification in the sport, including race vehicles, electrification infrastructure, and energy education. We're pushing the boundaries of electrification technology through our partnership with NASCAR. In addition to the partnership, we've also become a founding partner of NASCAR IMPACT, a platform that drives sustainability initiatives across the sport. As a key strategic technology and sustainability partner, we will help NASCAR reduce its own carbon operating footprint to net-zero by 2035.

Three new exciting product offerings from Installation Products

Superstrut® Riveted Combination Channel

Introducing our new Superstrut® quad configuration for maximum flexibility! The Superstrut A1204 combination channel's quad configuration provides twice as many mounting options and higher load ratings, making it suitable for various installation scenarios. The new riveting process used in ABB’s Superstrut® combination channel is more reliable than spot welding. This is ideal for semiconductor manufacturing, data centers and cleanroom applications.

Steel City® Adjustable Mud Rings

Our new Steel City adjustable mud ring features an inner ring which adapts to accommodate various drywall thicknesses, eliminating the need for multiple SKUs. It's available in configurations for one-gang, two-gang, three-gang and round boxes, ensuring compatibility with diverse installations. Plus, it is compatible with industry-standard devices, including GFCIs, and are designed to mount to any standard 4"-square 2 1⁄8" deep outlet box, offering seamless integration into various projects.

Carlon® Blue™ fan rated ceiling box

This box is Above the Rest! ABB’s Carlon Blue fan-rated ceiling boxes are now available, meeting the latest NEC standards for ceiling fan support. Rated for up to 35 lbs. of ceiling fans and 50 lbs. of light fixtures, these boxes feature vibration-proof screws and reinforced metal brackets, offering superior strength compared to plastic models. Extensively tested and UL listed, they provide safety and peace of mind. Produced sustainably at our Portland, Tennessee facility, they are designed to prevent the injuries caused by improperly installed ceiling fans.
